I've had a beyond excellent experience with Stuff Etc so far! I'm under a deadline of moving and I only heard about selling my stuff through Stuff a week before I'm scheduled to move. I went in to talk about my options. I mainly dealt the store owner Ben who was incredibly accommodating to my needs when really there was no reason and wasn't his responsibility to do me any favors. They won't take name brand things but take in rags. They claim to only take working things but i bought something i got home it was not only broke but they refused to refund my money so buyer beware on anything electronic.

While while the quality of items here are pretty good, the management is awful. Super rude, not only to me, but to the workers as well. I’ll happily pay full price for a sweatshirt to not have someone yell at me and a staff member because I accidentally brought 7 items into the dressing room when the limit was 6. I left with the worst taste in my mouth and I am definitely not going back

I have been shopping here for along time. Ben, Steph, Molly, Chris, sam, Amanda..... all are wonderful. Great products! Fun to consign and shop with credit! Ive furnished most of my home with stuff from here!

Loved working there, great people, Ankeny has made many amazing improvements that created a better place to shop and consign. Any issues with my consignment came from shoppers who decided to swap tags or simply try to get away with stealing. However, most of those problems have been solved with new tactics and employee duties. Would recommend!
