Customer Service is nonexistent. There was stuff all over the aisles that my 5 year old had to move so I could even get my cart down the aisle. Fitting room doors were blocked and the lady was very unkind to me and my 3 kids as we were trying to use a fitting room/restrooms. Staff doesn't seem to care about the customer, but rather whatever they are working on instead.

I could not visually differentiate the customer from the employees. When I spoke to an employee to drop off my consignment items, they were very disrespectful and became angry when I asked for help.

This store is the worst Stuff store,, inventory included. Doesn't even compare to Iowa City locations, which are good . Took a tote in plum full took 2 items. . Came back the way I packed it didn't even look through since there was new items still with tags and in package still !! Will not go back and waste my time or gas!!!!

I enjoyed shopping here. I have never had a problem with anything I have purchased or dropped off. The staff is very friendly. I really like the store appearance now and it is easy to look over items.
