I did my first class today! Everybody was so welcome & helpful. It's like a 2nd home to me. Cat was amazing, greet me as soon as I came in! I can't wait to do more with the group!
This studio is amazing. A great workout in a very supportive environment.
I love the babywearing boogie classes! I came with little to no dance experience and to be honest was a little scared before my first class! But Cat was so welcoming and the other Moms were so nice I soon felt comfortable and the dances were fun and easy to follow. A great work out, definitely would recommend!
The babywearing boogie class is so much fun for me as a mother and woman. I am able to take some time for myself and have time with my children. The choreography is easy to catch on to and very fun. I usually wear my twin toddlers, so if I can do it you can too!
I went to an event at Lion Bridge after having many people, including Kat, tell me I should check it out. I'm not in shape by any means and I was worried about trying something new but i'm SO glad I did. I had more fun than I've had in a LONG time, just following along and dancing with Kat and the other ladies. I did something out of my comfort zone, and although I hurt during and afterwards, it was WORTH IT. I can't wait to go back!
