I have gotten to work with the ladies of Vitality Fitness and Dance at several of their events. Couldn't ask for a more fun, relaxed, and easy to get along with group of people. Their dances are extremely fun!
This is the most Amazing phenomenon I’ve ever seen.... women loving each other, and women loving THEMSELVES!!! You feel so free... so inspired... so strong... so independent. It’s really beautiful. Plus you get to dance, feel beautiful. And even perform if I want!!
