Vitality has changed my life. It's given me confidence I've never had before and made me feel comfortable in my own skin again. I've also gained a tribe of women that I know I could go to with anything and find support. I've never been with a group of women that wouldn't tear each other down, but I find nothing but positivity at Vitality. I can't praise this place and the owner, Cat, enough. I was accepted and felt welcome from the very beginning. I've found my second home here.
