This place has been my home for the past 2 years, I love dancing, I finally found a safe environment to dance and express my self. @catcantril has been a inspiration by her force her courage her kindness and how she emphasizes with all of us. She help me to grow as the selfloving person I was deserving to be. I don't have enough words to thanks her and the studio she creates, that allowed me to meet all these amazing women, all instructors are super supportive and amazing. And last but not least we are having so much fun.
Safe, fun, and great support. You'll want to come to class, even when you'd rather sleep!! I've been here over a year now and I can't thank Cat enough for creating this business! I have formed new friendships and it's 100% a no judgement zone. If you're a woman and need to find yourself again, this is for you. If you don't need to find yourself, also for you because who doesn't need a morale booster and to feel sexy again!!!!
Vitality has changed my life!!! @catcantrill gave me permission to love myself for who I am and strut my confidence on a daily basis. When I first joined Vitality, I knew I was going to dance but I had no idea I would be gaining a family in the process. Every day I was at the studio, I felt happy and loved!
