The staff & the members are so welcoming:) The atmosphere makes me feel safe to be me; yet challenges me to step outside my comfort zone.
The minute I stopped in once I felt welcome.
I walked alone into the teaser class one Saturday, and instantly fell in love. The warm hearts of these women provide me with a safe place to learn how to move my body, and be the woman that I want to be. I still have a lot of problems with confidence and letting my self criticisms go. But with each day, I get better and simply love knowing that I'm apart of such an amazing group of women!! <3 <3
I just finished my first session and all ready signed up for the nexted!!!!!! I'm so glad I found this place I look forward to more in the future!!!!!!
I love this place! I enrolled for a month and enjoyed every class I took, the choreography was fun and sexy, the women are so warm and welcoming and it’s a total confidence boost! I can’t wait until I’m able to come back and continue dancing with these lovely ladies! ❤️
I love Vitality but realized I haven’t put in a review!! I have attended classes for two years now and can’t imagine my life without it. I’ve found a huge group of women here who are so supportive and make me feel good about myself even on days where I may not feel that way. The classes are also super fun and with so many classes a day, the price is amazing for the unlimited. I’m signed up for four classes a week for our next session so that’s like $7 a class - and I could be taking more! That’s awesome. I could honestly go ... read more
