2 instructors per class and classes at all levels. These people care about proper form and my health and my goals. I highly recommend this studio!
Everytime I go into Studio One, my experience is always amazing. The instructors are awesome and I love how there are 2 instructors per class for more corrections! I'm definitely still a work in progress but I love how I feel after every class :)

The whole body boot camp I took pre-op to my abdominal myomectomy really helped me recover faster.
Amazing place! The level of professionalism, quality of instruction and enthusiasm of the teachers especially Paul and Anna are unparalleled!!! I moved to the Seattle area a few months ago have gone to several studios here, none of them could match the level of Studio One Pilates . Not even close! It's quite frustrating to sit there in class wanting to yell at the instructor that they are doing it wrong :) And were also twice as expensive. I finally just gave up and now saving up to buy a reformer instead cuz it's just no us... read more
