Studio one changed the way I look at myself as a whole. It gave me self confidence and a new way of thinking about fitness. Everyone there is warm and welcoming and they want you to succeed. I’m in the best shape of my life because of Pilates at Studio One.

I was a dedicated student at Studio One for several years in Anchorage and it was instrumental in helping me past my back stiffness and body imbalance. My job took me out of Alaska to the UK and now Houston. My back issues returned and this week here in Houston I went to my first Pilates class since 2013. Although my core was a noodle the instructor came up to me afterwards and said “Your technique is very good, you must have been trained well.” So thank you again Paul and Studio One!

I appreciate the hands on I get from the boot camp staff. They always listen and give great suggestions. Tori, Sarah, and Linda are so encouraging and supportive. One on one with Kat has been awesome. Hopefully I didn’t forget anyone. My future goal is to be able to take a class with Paul and/or Ana. BTW Nikki rocks.
I love the chair plus and barre classes. The instructors are experienced and very attentive to correct form.
