I started Pilates at Studio One on 11/11/18 and didn’t diet over 10 days out of town or the holidays and I lost 7 inches in under 2 months!! I feel better and can tell I’m getting stronger. Thanks!!

I have only been coming to Studio One for a couple of weeks but already I LOVE it! Everyone is so friendly and I really appreciate that there are two instructors in the room. They place a high level of importance on proper form and with my low back injury, it's important to me as well
I recommend this studio with zero reservations. I have been taking classes for several years to work through low back issues and after surgery once I had clearance from my PT. I enjoy the variety of classes, find the instructors to be extremely knowledgable and student-oriented, have witnessed the staff consistently go above and beyond to work with customers, and have come to learn how amazingly reasonable this studio is in terms of prices. Anchorage has a real gem with Studio One.
I've taken Pilates classes in multiple studios, states, and countries. The Vasie style taught at Studio One is beyond compare! Every time I am visiting AK, I schedule time at Studio One �. I always feel balanced, strong, and lean after one of these classes!
