After being a loyal client for more than a decade. I was run off by Lauren Coggins after she accused me of being a liar about my arrival time for my appointment. I arrived for my 2:00 at 2:13, checked in and sat up front with a glass of wine waiting on her for my appointment. She finally came back to talk to me at 2:35 and accused me of arriving at 2:30. Holly is the most talented colorist I’ve ever met. She takes her time and does is right and I’m always happy with my results. She recently took me from a brassy, damaged blonde done at another salon to this beautiful, shiny, perfect brunette. I love me some Holly! 😊
