The building staff always completes work orders you turn in in a timely fashion, and the front desk is always cheerful and happy to help you out. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a place to go to school.
My daughter has lived at Raiders for almost 2 years now. I have been extremely please with her experience. The facilities are always clean, the staff are very courteous and helpful. She has felt very secure there and the roommate matching was delightful!
The property and the team that runs this community have done an excellent job since I have moved in this school year. Considering the amount of changes that have been done to the complex plus the ones still occurring, I feel as if this community has flourished really well in all that its been able to accomplish even with a new shift in management!
The complex is super close to campus and really quiet! You get your own bathroom and all my roommates have been great. Definitely renewing my lease for the 3rd time!
I have lived at the Raiders Crossing location for almost 2 years and have had a great experience! Its close to campus and so much better than the dorms. I have my own privacy and a full kitchen to cook in! There are lots of parking spaces too so I never have to fight for a spot by my building! It's also nice to have a gym I can use 24 hours a day without driving there or paying a membership! If you're looking for something convenient and affordable i would recommend here :)
This apartment complex has to be the worst establishment in Murfreesboro. The ONLY plus is the location which there are several more to chose from. The manager is very unreasonable and obnoxious. Anything they can charge you with, they will. And god forbid your washing machine goes out because you and your roommates will have to pay out of pocket for a new one!
