Shelly is awesome our bookkeeper! :-) super nice. Nice an quiet area. Roommates are cool. Furniture is up to date. Everything you need is within commute.
I've lived here for a year and overall it has been a good experience. Since I've moved in they changed to hard wood floors which I prefer over the carpet. Another plus Is the location , it's really close to campus so I can walk every day. However, the jacuzzi never works , people leave trash on the stairs so those are really nasty but other than that it hasn't been bad.
Staff and leasing agents are wonderful. Feels very safe. No qualms except for the maintenance work is a little slow. Other than that it is a great apartment complex!
Love seeing the employees here they're always such a good mood people.
