It isn't perfect but nothing is. I only have a couple of minor complaints. The stairways are always filled with trash but what can you expect from college kids. The gym is just too small but other than that the management is very understanding and do their best to help. I like living here! :)

Student Quarters Hazelwood is a great place for MTSU students to live while attending MTSU. Only a half mile from the campus. Safe environment.
Awesome experience! You can't beat the location and the amazing staff! I know every person has a different experience, but mine was great! The only reason I moved was for work. If you are looking for somewhere to live while in school this is the place to be!
It's super nice. I haven't ever felt unsafe. The Maitinence gets what needs to be done done. It isn't the fastest but it will happen. The office staff is the best. Super helpful and nice.
I've only lived at student quarters for a few months, but so far my experience has been better than I thought. I read the reviews and was a little nervous, but I matched so well with my roommate and love my new room. Staff is professional, parking is good and neighbors are very social. The only bad thing is maintenance is a little slow on fixing things. Other than that I would suggest living here.
The place doesn't set you up with good roommates, doesn't help when the roommates mentally abuse you, tenants possess cocaine and illegal weapons there, then when you need anything they take forever because they go through the corporate office. I hate this place and everyone there. Anyone that has to be with a Finoy Perkins in a apt, I'm sorry!!!
I love the staff here. They are super helpful and are always able to answer any and all of my questions!
