I want to give a shout out to Gai S*******, my loan officer who was super nice, knowledgeable, helpful and patient as she helped me sail through this stressful journey of refinancing so smoothly. I remember her always telling me when i used to panic or get inpatient - Just trust me. And i listened to her and guess what - my loan got approved. I highly recommend her as your loan officer.

Michael patiently and clearly explained several options (rates, terms, and fees) available for refinancing both my primary home and investment property, and suggested doing both refinances concurrently. By doing so, I only had to supply one set of supporting financial documents that were used for both transactions, and had one appointment for signing the closing documents on both properties. Mr. Shultz helped me out through out the process. He was very responsive, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Because of his effort and help we were able to close in 20 days instead of 30 which is a record compared to other lenders. After leading me on for 45 days for a loan, Strong Mortgage cancelled my loan because they said they could not find an appraiser for my property. Lots of alternatives to cancelling a loan - extending rate lock and continuing to look for appraiser is one of them. To leave me stranded after supplying all of my financial information and waiting to close on a loan for 45 days is horrible customer service. Who knows how long it will take to get my $600 appraisal fee back! I do not recommend Strong Mortgage.
