As a first time home buyer, I had no clue what to do and extremely nervous about the process, but working with Craig and Strong Home Mortgage has been a bless. He is very response through out the process, patiently answering all the question I have in a very timely and clear manner. He is always on top of my loan application and keep the communication open all the way until the loan close. I couldn't ask for a better loan officer or mortgage company and I would recommend them to anyone.
Closed on refinance in 2 weeks. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I had questions on several occasions about the documents/numbers. I emailed and called Grady (Strong’s agent) and he responded quickly, patiently and knowledgeably. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We found them looking for the lowest rates. They were associated with COSTCO which made us trust them. We worked with Casey and he was completely clueless about his job. I cannot warn you enough to run in the opposite direction with this company! We have all this information documented in emails. A lot of things went wrong so I'm going to bullet them below: - During the application process we were asked for a list of all the places we lived (with dates). This company says it is transparent but they are not. We chose them thru Costco’s program and things started good as the fees were to be low, good lock rate and seemingly simple process. Had the builder, us and loan officer communicating but Strong accepted the process and proceeded with transaction with out disclosing they were having appraisal issues.
