Recommended by Costco. Thomas King is my loan officer and he was one of the first to respond from the Costco website. There were other loan companies calling but they seemed in a hurry to talk to you. as a representative of Strong Home Mortgage, he presented different scenarios for my loan and he explained everything well. We decided to refinance our mortgage early this year and started our search with two well know mortgage companies. Not completely satisfied, I decided to search mortgage companies in Costco's program. Our search gave us five mortgage companies, and Gai from Strong Mortgage was the first to call. My loan officer Dagmawi M. was very personable and easy to reach. Very responsive via email and phone. Was the easiest/fastest refi I have ever done, everything was completed in just under 1 month. Online platform, easy to use and upload. We discussed options and after settling on a plan, he was able to come back with even better terms and well above my expectations. I will refer and use them again when the time comes. Highly recommend Strong Mortgage.

Got connected with Strong Home through a Costco affiliate website. Our loan officer, Gabriela, out of a King of Prussian, PA branch was my main point of contact. She was absolutely fabulous. Very helpful. Quick to respond to calls and emails. She helped us every step of the way and navigated some issues we had with our previous lender to get all the paperwork needed. Refinanced our home with Strong August 2020. Rate lock was quick, service was good and our loan officer, Shayar, was excellent. Had a few issues that were not the fault of Strong (the notary arrived with incomplete paperwork). The fees line items are industry standard- things like title insurance, appraisal, etc, so if you're like the other reviewer who rated Strong one star based on "fees", there are costs to refinancing and my service was excellent. This was the second time we refinanced in 2 years, if that helps.

Absolutely terrible. ******should be ashamed to let them advertise on their web site. Locked in a rate, they asked for very little information. Then over a week later they added additional items needed which is acceptable except the time for these additional items would mean we have to pay an additional $2000+ in fees to them. Classic bait and switch from no fees to over $2000.
