Woah, called themTuesday and spoke with Cody. He raved about how they never missed a service so I gave them a chance. I had a showing Saturday and he told me they would come out Thursday at latest Friday. Friday rolls around and I have to reach back out. Cody answers again, this time not as confident. Just got my service started with them today. James Robinson was great along with his partner and they were great ambassadors for the company in both their customer service and their actual technical work. The main office is great to work with and didn't pressure me when giving the initial estimate weeks ago which ultimately led to me going with them.
Cody and his team did superb job at my lawn! We need more company like Cody’s. Loved auto-payment option and no annual contract feature.
