The only reason I am going one star is there is no other way to post my concerns. If I could give NO stars I would. This property management took over my complex December 2025 on 136th st in Miami Fl and it’s been a nightmare. I made an extra payment to my prior property management and they were supposed to apply it as a credit for December payment same month Strategic Properties took over, instead of honoring the credit since I MADE THE PAYMENT they keep posting nasty letters to my door as if I don’t pay my debt.
