The people in the office at eagle Creek landing apartments are so rude they don’t answer maintenance request they Act like they don’t want to be at work And overall unprofessional, they closed the office at 3 PM when their hours say open till 6 PM I tried to take my roommate off my lease they told me they did not know if I could do that or how and they said that they will talk to their boss and give me a phone call. I never got a phone call. It’s been two weeks. They have rats and big roaches
Avoid these slumlords at all costs. This has been the worst rental experience of our lives. Tenants here have endured years of unsafe conditions and complete neglect. Mold, unsafe water, pests, and fire hazards inside the units go unresolved. The pool has been shut down by the Department of Health since 2022, the security gate has not worked in over a year and a half, and the cameras have been broken since March 2025. Let me start with a forewarning to any asset or property owners looking to find a partner for management services. Look elsewhere and run away as quickly as possible. Strategic is one of the worst in the business. Don't be fooled by their nice website or the pitch they will give you. I live at Riviera terrace I pay my rent on time have been living there for 10 years I have been calling the office for a whole week straight and no one NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE THIS IS UNNACEPTABLE a charge was added to my ledger and I need this fix asap I do not owe 50$ or receive prior notice about a change
I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m tired of them. This is so far the worst company ever the worst. And I’m sorry if anybody going thought things with these people I’m really sorry.
