I honestly have never been to a more disorganized clinic that clearly has no concern for the well being of their patients. I am sure it is not an issue with the physicians, as I have been seeing my doctor since I was 15 and it has never been an issue at other clinics. However, I am confident in saying that the incompetence of communicating with patients ( lab work) is one of the many issues. Very nice place. Everyone is so courteous and professional. Wait times have been minimal. Thank you Dr. Curtis Harris for a successful surgery on my wrist and Dr. Mark Perry for treating my ankle.
This was my first visit for my grandbaby and they was so professional and friendly. Even with them being trained on a new computer system you really didn't mine the wait. It was very clean.
Normally I 5 star Strada...but the change over to the new computer system was chaotic....we were there 4.5 hours...three+ getting us in the computer and 45 minutes with the doctor. Four hours stuck in a small office with a baby and a 2 year old, not a pleasant experience.
First time coming there everyone was very friendly,very nice and clean,not enough handicap parking spaces.
This was my first physical therapy session. The staff was very professional. Stephen Greer (my physical therapist) was EXCELLENT!!!!! I highly recommend this facility. The building is beautiful , temperature comfortable, entire staff friendly and professional. Bonus for me... My physician Jeffery Brewer (EXCELLENT) is next door !!!!! I'm a registered nurse, for a couple decades and this place and staff, represent the medical profession at the it's BEST !! KUDOS !!
