I don't recommend them at all. you never get to see the same doctor twice and obviously NOONE bothers to actually READ what's in your chart to see if you have recurring problems, they want to charge for a video conference call even tho I literally just went in for a visit right before the coronavirus shut everything down. I'm just disgusted over the entire situation!! 👎👎 I was DENIED ANTIBIOTICS!!! they act like I was trying to beg for narcotic drugs, but NO just wanted some ANTIBIOTICS FOR AN EAR INFECTION!!

Recommendedshame on MCI for letting go of Ms. Dottie. She was often the only person who hugged me all day. She was the only family some patients had. If you had a bad day or even a good day, the hemoc isnt the place you wanted to be and she made you better. She was the face of your office and should be still. May you recognize your mistake and may she be graceful. I know she will. Shame on you!
RecommendedI love Mitchell cancer Institue... all the staff are incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Dottie. I arrived for my chemo this morning and was horrified to find out that she was no longer here. Her job had been outsourced. I always looked forward to my hugs and well wishes every morning and afternoon. It won’t be the same without her. Please bring Ms. Dottie back. ☹️ She is the sunshine of Mitchell Cancer, without her the whole building is bleak and sunless
