This place is horrible I went to see dr.ritzk and they have horrible communication here they tell me to do one thing and I do it and than they take months to give me results. Plus they call me the day before to let me know certain producres that I already schedule that my insurance company will not pay for them and that I will have to pay out of pocket when I come
Friendly and fast staff and Physicians
I love this place, and my doctor, Dr. Thomas! He listens to me and acts accordingly. Everyone here is super nice and go out of their way not to treat you like another number.
Wow it was beautiful I had a doctor appointment yesterday with Dr. Sammi Assad at family Practice it was so organized they had a reception as soon as you walk in to direct if u get lose it was just awesome kept up the good work USA team.
Front desk is horrible every time I have been here they are to busy talking and showing pictures on there phones and what they cooked over the weekend while you stand there and wait for them to finish. Today I went to the desk where they were all congregated talking, was asked what I wanted then was sent to the other side of the counter where no one is ... I had a 9:30am appointment its 11:43 and have not been seen. So the front just didn't check me in so told me one of the nurses. then the lady at the front desk said that there was an appointment that came in early so at this point not sure who to believe they finally took me in the back to get labs done and take some information.
I am pregnant 20 weeks and just had ultrasound today. And requested Dr. Hollidays but the font desk said she has opening on June 22 because it is Friday so i thought i can not go to i made the apot with dr Roth. When i go to work and called back after 3 hrs to request dr. Holliday. The lady said no opening for me??? Even for the whole month or whole July?????
