Terrible customer service. Stovall as a whole is a good company. The staff here at this location is terrible.
Management is absolutely terrible. They sold me the wrong tree and refused to let me return. The guys running the counter have no idea what they are doing.
I bought 10 trees. 8 of them died within 3 weeks. They were all watered the same and planted the same in the same amount of sun. They tried to pass it off as user error but couldn't explain how the 2 others were perfectly healthy. It's clear they were diseased. They offered nothing as far a warranty or replacement. They said "Yeah plants are weird." If you buy from Stovall plan on buying twice. They are full of excuses and short on customer service.
