I think they suck!!! My husband bought my engagement ring there and we have had nothing but issues with it. And then they have the nerve to say it is our fault. I have told many of friends to avoid them and I stand by that.

Brought a Scott Kay (The crown ) engagement ring in Platinum they sized the ring in a few hours, however they cut the scott kay out. Not a week later the big diamond popped out, brought the ring back and paid 80 dollars to have the ring fixed. With a 6 prong instead of a 4.The girl said it be safer. The prongs changed the whole look. So they took it back to a 4 prong. If you want true value for jewelry you are selling or looking to buy. These people are a cut above the rest all around. It's well worth the travel time to work with this shop. The store is as nice as any jewelry store I have been in. I have personal worked with John and Craig Stout and was treated with phenomenal customer service.
