Poor customer service! We called to rent a floor sander and were told, "We are too busy. Call back on a rainy day." No thanks!

RecommendedWe stopped last night to try to find a wood furniture pen for touch-ups on a few scratches. We were greeted upon entering and asked where to locate the item; the person at the cash register pointed us to the exact spot. They were so friendly and helpful! We also picked up a few washable face-mask by the register for less than $10 (they are cute and well-made). Thank you for the friendly, knowledgeable service - we’ll definitely be back!
