Since the power outage all customers are being escorted through the store to keep everyone safe. It was clear to the employee that the customer was tampering with the package, and tampering with packaging is not permitted. That is why the employee asked to put the item back for the customer and asked her to leave. I have frequented this store for years. Yesterday I went to make a purchase with my niece and once out of my sight she was racially profiled and asked to leave. After the salesman shows where the item is she was looking to purchase was, he starts following her around the store. Seeing this she put the item back and then was told “I knew you were one of them”. Then tells her to leave the premises. This is unacceptable behavior. RecommendedThis true value location is the best place to find school uniforms for any of the required clothing stores. Not to mention they are always helpful and work to get in stock anything that becomes required of the schools. The staff is friendly and polite every time I've been there.
