Outstanding customer service. From the original quote to the installation. The job was completed sooner than expected and the people (all of them) were friendly, professional, and courteous.I have no problem highly recommending this company. They were a bit more expensive than other companies, but, the few dollars were well worth it! If you want a job done right, and with a company that knows how to communicate with their customers, this company is for you.

Windows came in over 2 months earlier than expected. Installers were friendly but it all started with the salesman. I got quotes from multiple companies but this salesman was great. I didnt feel a high pressure sales. The product was explained and my questions were answered. No pressure and very knowledgeable.

I spent several thousand dollars having storm smart installed. Took three months to get. The problem is when I needed service , its taking over two months to get service I would not recommend this company . They dont seem to care about customer service
