After installation, the inspection occurred and now it's been 4 weeks and 4 phone calls later and I can't get the company to return my calls or finish installing the trim pieces. I also never received my warranty paperwork they promised so I have no documentation in case something breaks. The post- sales and installation support is the worst I've seen. After reading these reviews, I'm really worried about something breaking and I can't get it fixed with or without paperwork.

You should have received your Warranty Paperwork yesterday and if not, it will arrive today. Everyone who has praised this company for great installation, just wait until you have an issue and need them to come back to fix THEIR bad workmanship, then we can talk again. This is THE worst company to deal with. Their after sales service is NON-EXISTANT. I have been trying for over a year for them fix a lock on an accordion shutter and to fix the manual override that they installed in the DRYWALL without any reinforcement. The entire mechanism broke out of the wall when I needed to use it. TWO of their technicians have ... read more

Placed our order with Storm Smart 2/2022 for entire home install of new impact windows and sliders. Installation began 8/2022. Fast forward to 11/2023 our impact sliders and windows are still not installed properly or with correct product. They ordered wrong sliders not once but twice. Showed up again today with two wrong panels. Guess that will be order number three, if anyone shows up to figure this out. Still missing correct front door. Windows are now leaking. I have a rear lanai storm catcher rolldown *** manual crank that was installed with resof the house windows and doors that has only last since April 15th, 2022 and it is broken cannot be cranked up or down AT ALL . This is the last company you should trust to protect you from a storm these days.I have used this company for 12 years to install and maintain the hurricane shutters to both of my homes.Over 3 weeks ago a fault developed in one of my main lanai electric roll down shutters.I called Storm Smarts number as I always used to do but was directed to their website to place the call.It took a week for them to respond to my call and then they arranged a visit for a date 2 weeks into the future.
