Unit size not as advertised. To start, I think the management handled the situation well, and they were reasonable with cancelling my lease. The actual facilities seemed well maintained and cleaned, and the people I spoke too were friendly, responsive, and helpful. However, I reserved a 2' x 5' unit. And I expected it to be a little undersized, but not nearly to the extent this was. The wheel shown in my photo is 25" in diameter. The people who work/manage this place are extremely nice and extremely helpful. The property is clean and well secured as well.
Great facility, very friendly and helpful with getting you the storage space needed . Would definitely recommend you use storage depot as your safe storage place!

They lie about being 24 hour access to the units and charge you a $130 fee to open the gate past 8pm even if you were trying to get out at 7:58pm so I was technically held unwillingly for them to charge me the gate fee and won't let me get my things until its paid
