I had a reservation with Budget Truck rentals that was going in a very bad direction dealing with their customer service over the phone, so I called around to the local shops and was greeted by Carla. She was an absolute dream to work with and helped me every step of the way with resolving all the issues. Unfortunately I had an accident with the rental truck but Carla was there to save the day again!! She’s absolutely amazing and such a wonderful woman! Great experience here over the last 6 years, storing my boat. No issues whatsoever with facility access, security, nothing. Very reasonable pricing, and Carla (owner/operator) is fantastic.
