We had to put our poodle down on friday june 12 we paid extra for him to be individually cremated. The staff told us that we will have his ashes back between seven and ten days. Well here we are two weeks later and still no ashes. I have called twice this week. When i called today they could not find me or my fur baby in the computer then all of a sudden they found us. I was referred by Noah's stop 11 to take my dog to the low-cost spayed and neuter clinic on Washington and holt road last year. 3 days later after he got neutered he started wheezing and I called the vet to let them know he was wheezing and couldn't breathe and kept on coughing and they told me it was no big deal. They gave me two months worth of antibiotics for the wheezing and told me to find another veterinarian because I did not believe what they were telling me. We cut our Bichon Frise's nails too short and he kept bleeding throughout the evening. Brought him to Noah's and they were so nice and took such good care of our pup. Thank you Donna and the rest of the team! You are amazing and definitely appreciated during these strange and difficult times.
Writing this was a way for me to settle down, but I want to thank the staff today in the emergency care unit. My Dolly was my best friend and you guys allowed us all to come inside even during this crazy world and the new rules that our set in place around us. Thank you for letting us be with her in her last moments. Thank you for the kind and loving words.

Thanks to the team at Noah’s on stop 11. Not a good time for a sick senior dog but got him an appointment They are taking pets in and we are talking thru our phones with docs as we all stay in our cars. I’m grateful they are there. . Thanks especially to Dr Quigley who has always been very helpful with my 2 senior dogs these last few months. It is a challenge.
