RecommendedWe are so thankful for Dr. Kirch and Dr. Wong and all of the kind and professional staff that helped care for our cat, Moose. Moose had complications post anesthesia and he was clearly not in good shape. We were able to be seen right away once we arrived. Moose was blind and not responding to visual stimuli when we brought him in, and he was also still very sedated. RecommendedThis place is amazing. We are so thankful for all the kind staff and great care they provided. We went here to put our sweet 16 year old dog, Carly, to sleep so she wouldn't be in anymore pain. They provided amazing support and even had everyone in the office sign a card and mailed it to us to show their sympathy. They went above and beyond to help us in the time of sadness and we greatly appreciate it. I recommend this vet. Thank you for all you have done for us.
RecommendedMy dog ended up being full of MRSA. The vet I was going to first didnt seem to have a sense of urgency on what was going on. Between Dr. Petersman and his staff, a month later, I have my old Buttercup back. She had to loose a back leg from the MRSA, but it's not keeping her down. Thank you all so much for getting Buttercup well and back to her old self!!!
I have to say what a shame that this place has such a great vet but you have to first go thru the the office staff who I feel are a bunch a incompetent, un-informed, un-trained group of individuals!! Non-one knows what their job responsibilities are! No-one knows how to relay correct information! No-one knows seems to care!! You can count on getting different information every time you make a call to them!! I just don’t get it!
