Our beloved Wilbur had been having serious abdominal distress amongst respiratory issues. We were very grateful for the kind, very professional care given to him. A very caring staff was courteous and supportive. Dr. Zacharius and Dr. Statz are not only knowledgeable but very very caring and I appreciated it, especially when not knowing or understanding the extent of our dogs problems.
I am amazed at the kindness & professionalism of the entire staff. I foster sick & injured animals for Southside Animal Shelter & I'm always dealing with new situations & have tons of questions(I know I can be a pain!). The staff is ALWAYS kind & thorough in explaining discharge instructions-making sure I am comfortable & understand fully what I need to do at home. It was clean the vet was really good kind of pricey so if your looking for cheap this not it but it is a nice place to take your pet
We just started bringing our "adopted feral" cat to Noah's. The staff is efficient and kind. Dr. Crow was great and wasn't judgmental about letting our previously wild cat outdoors. She suggested a treatment to prevent against fleas/ ticks as well as parasites he could catch from hunting and eating prey. Cost seemed reasonable to me. We are patients for good!
Handled the very emotional decision of ending my Molly's suffering with compassion and professionalism.
