The dealer responded immediately to my email inquiry with an "I will be in touch" email. However I didn't hear from them for 2 days and when I did, that email stated "we have been trying to get in touch with you" even though I had not received an email or phone call. When I returned that email to say that I was interested in test driving a specific car, their response was that the car had been sold already.
I booked an appointment to take a test drive with Justin from internet sales. When my wife and I arrived Justin was ready for us he provided us a CarFax for the car. It was raining very hard and he went out and got the car and brought it to a covered area. Before the test drive he walked us around the outside of the car then showed us the trunk and then the interior. On the test drive he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Great communication! Unfortunately an email was a little late to tell me the car was sold after I drove an hour to see it. In their defense, I wasn't expected. Also noteable, when I arrived there were about 10 salespeople working around desks, talking etc but noone offered help until I asked how to get help. I was told "it's Marin". I guess that meant "chill out lady". Still a quality place with surprising good prices for being "Marin".

Went to look at the car twice, the first time I was told the car had been sold 2 days ago and the second time I was told the car had been sold at 8:45 last night. After a little investigation I learned that the car had been sold last November. Of course they have another car at 3K above blue book for me. After reading reviews this is classic bait and switch!
I was contacted by phone almost immediately. Very nice. Set up an appointment for Saturday.
Cars are overpriced. Not even by a hundreds... but by thousands. Not to mention I called their dealership 3 times and received no response. Took days for them to email me back as well. Look elsewhere.
