I’ve tried for two days for information on a car I was interested in. Received a generic information email that barely had anything to do with the car. I received a reply late Sunday night after I had gone to bed Monday when I called to talk to contact was told the girl no longer worked there as of a few days before asked why did I get a reply back from her and no one knew. Called again later Monday after no reply from two different email contacts and talked with a salesman I couldn’t understand and wasn’t listening to my questions so I hung up and began this post.

Went in with a 2015 left out with a 2019 and they have great service with a great response time when it comes to info needed and getting you in a car

I did walk away with a new car economics decided what car we get my payments are too high but somehow I work it out but sales people are having changed over the years they have a certain techniques they use which irritates me but in order to get the car you put up with the bull

Stoneridge needs to improve in every way possible. Start with customer service. Start with the service department. Start with having someone in charge of the place that someone can actually talk to on the phone.

Service Dept. did a great job of fixing and reprograming my Seat controls on my RAM truck... Also fast and efficient at taking care of my 7,500 miles service...

Very bad customer service I have problem with one of sells a man and I called the managers too many times to fix it and all all of them ignoring me no one care I don’t recommend it to anyone to go there you will lose your time and nobody care about you and all the people working there very rude I give him one a star just for review
