After my brother-in-law passed away unexpectedly and I had to find a place for my sister to move to in a hurry, Jennifer Grueneberg, the Property Manager for Stoneridge Apartments in Beaver Dam, was incredibly understanding and helpful in showing us an apartment and assisting us with the paperwork and approvals. I could not have moved my sister to the area without Jennifer's assistance. My sister has been very happy at Stoneridge, and the maintenance staff have been very prompt and courteous when minor repairs were required.... read more
Maintenance was completed promptly and the maintenance technician was friendly and respectful.
Lived here for 6 years. It was nice to live here in the first 4 years. Everything was being taken care of in a nicely manner the outside of the property, rent, etc, but then my last two years wasn't so nice. The property wasn't being taken care of that well and the rent was going up per year after. Things were declining. Not good if you ask me
