I've lived here since 2019. Been through management and maintenance changes. But for the last couple years things are improving. It's a comfortable apartment community.

Questions..What is the max amount of Bedrooms in there units? Also, is this low income property, or property that charges rent according to the tenants income?

After my brother-in-law passed away unexpectedly and I had to find a place for my sister to move to in a hurry, Jennifer Grueneberg, the Property Manager for Stoneridge Apartments in Beaver Dam, was incredibly understanding and helpful in showing us an apartment and assisting us with the paperwork and approvals. I could not have moved my sister to the area without Jennifer's assistance. My sister has been very happy at Stoneridge, and the maintenance staff have been very prompt and courteous when minor repairs were required.... read more
