Valley Ranch I toured this apartment complex with my husband today and we were very surprised at how much we liked it. The homes are very nice and spacious, the grounds are well kept, the office staff was warm and welcoming, and the amenities are great. I personally love the business center and the coffee bar. If you are in the market for a new home I highly recommended scheduling an appointment with Angelica. You won’t be disappointed.

Phenomenal Customer Service Great customer service. Beautiful community and grounds. Angelica, the leasing agent is fantastic and made our decision very easy when it came to leasing the home we were interested in!

Cortland at Valley Ranch I highly recommend leasing at Cortland at Valley Ranch. The office team is superb. The office is very well kept and clean and the community is beautiful If you are on the fence, just do it!

Verified Renter Very poor management team and worse maintenance I've ever seen in any apartment complex. Nothing gets fixed after multiple follow-ups. Their so called renovated apartment has all old, dirty and rusty appliances. They just care about increasing the rent and nothing justifies the rent in this apartment.. Lots of pest problems as well.. I can frequently see cockroaches roaming around all over the complex.

Verified Renter It was a good community now. Maintenance work takes weeks and no one shows up after multiple follows. There is water dripping from the bathroom ceiling for a week and I have shared pictures and video of the leakage but they keep on saying we are short of staff. Waiting for lease to get over. I will not recommend anyone moving here. Do your research before moving to corrland at valley ranch
