Verified Renter On the day one of moving, many issues reported.. Cockroach is everywhere and GARAGE has full of black stains and it is not painted at all.. It has been 2 months since I requested many times to clean GARAGE , apartment management has not taken any action Toilet is broken and master bed room floor is broken

Verified Renter It was the best community but lately service is not been that great. They are short on staff, service requests are taking way over time some of them are taking more than 10 days and some are closed even without taking care

Best move in experience ever!!!! If I could give this place 50 stars I would!!!!!! I’ve never had an apartment that cared so much about my finances and my stability. They made sure I had the best quote possible and made my move in super easy. The community itself if beautiful with nice residents and lovely staff!!

Beautiful homes I toured the model and instantly knew this was where I wanted to be. There was a floor plan I wanted and was able to tour that one and fell in love! I applied and was approved same day! They are quick to respond and take time to make sure you have the best experience.

Very Nice! I toured today with the property manager, sheena, and she was so nice. We got to see the show unit, the gym, and the other amenities they have. My friend and I will be applying for the home tonight. We hope they accept our application because we would love to live there.
