Verified Renter The well planned and designed apartment complex. The beautiful canals and walking trails around makes it wonderful living. The entire area is safe and secure. Shop centers are at walking distace.
Very nice apt community Although the apartments arent new, their layouts are great...and having attached garages w/ a driveway is a huge plus. New management has been making updates to the exterior, and the interiors. It's a well-kept community so I wouldnt say the changes were a necessity, but they are nice. The office and maintenance staff are superb. Whenever i call, i tell them exactly what my issue is, and it's fully understood and handled in no more than a few days.
