Just wow I recently moved in and I cannot thank the ladies up front for a smoother process. The manager, Sheena, was very pleasant to interact with. She was very genuine in making sure my move in process was great even when I ran into a few hiccups. I cannot wait to see what else the property has in store for me!

I'll miss it I've lived in this community for awhile now. I am currently having to move out as I am moving to a different city. But I will absolutely miss this complex and the wonderful staff. They have always taken great care of me and treated me with respect.

Living at Valley Ranch I've been living here a few months now and I find the community and my apartment amazing. Service team is always quick to take care of any request and the front lady is nice.

Nice apartments complex I like the new resident events they have been doing. That makes me feel appreciated as a resident. I'm happy that the weather is warming up so I can enjoy the grill and pools with my neighbors.

Beautiful Homes! Beautiful renovated homes, property, & pool area! Most apartments offer similar living arrangements but the office staff here makes you want to call Cortland Valley Ranch home. They are amazing!

I like it I love me home here. It feels safe and secure for myself and my children. The playground and pool is a nice touch too as it gives my kids something fun to do. Alejandra in the office is always so kind and helpful. The service guys are quick to take care of any issue i may have. I have many friends here and they agree too.
