Outstanding from beginning to finish. I am squeamish and overly sensitive about medical procedures, but Dr. Wade and Holly went above and beyond to make me comfortable and feel at ease. This was without question the best dental appointment I've ever had.
Cheryl was great. it was nice to be back with her to get my cleanings. she is so member friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Dr Wade is awesome as always. I really appreciate you!!

I had a telecon for work scheduled at 4pm, and Cheryl made every effort to complete my appointment on time, so I could make the call. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!
Confidentially for Dr. Wade: I was extremely unccmfortable with the line of questioning and comments made about my dental history by the hygienist during my cleaning. I was embarrassed that others nearby could hear her detrimental comments, and I felt humiliated and judged. I was pretty shaken by the experience thru the rest of the day and evening. Plus the cleaning at times was physically painful. My one concern was not answered.
Payment option for people with HSA's. You file insurance claim, get reimbursement, then bill client with actual amount that they will pay from their HSA. Paying from an HSA when only an "estimated" insurance reimbursement is known, can create overpayment from HSA and a legal, bureaucratic pain to put the refunded money back into the HSA...which must be done according to the law.
