I was there the day your computers were out. I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me and have not received it. This was the first time I had to wait past my appointment time. I thought it was odd since I was a 7 am appointment. These are not a big deal, just an FYI.

Lets just say this wasn't the first time I needed a cigarette at the end of a "dental appointment" at SSD, and according to the "follow up" appointment, it won't be the last. Cheryl's ability to maximize customer satisfaction is unprecedented. Of course, you must lose money on clients like Kevin Sharp who satisfaction arrives in under two minutes... Unless BCBS recompenses in 30 second increments.
