Elected to no have floride treatment. I bought flouride rinse instead. I have asked in past, to note our file (both stephen and my file) to not do floride treatment. 3 days after my appt, I looked at my bill and realized I was charged for floride treatment. Since I can't see what my charges are before payment, the patient has to look after they pay and get receipt. I recommend to show what you are charging and get approval before customer pays. If an appt. is "not scheduled" within 5 bus. days near a holiday, please do not send reminders on holidays b/c this is a time for family and friends and not for the race of every day scheduling.

As always, Cheryl and Dr. Wade were both thorough with the exam and cleaning and explained to me what they were monitoring. Both are very patient-friendly and keep the experience of going to the dentist a positive one for me!
I have never enjoyed going to the dentist as much as I do with Dr. Wade. The staff all are professional and fun, while their service is impeccable!
Never looked forward to going to the dentist until I experienced a visit with Dr. Jill Wade & Staff. They are the BEST!
