Purchased action passes & prepaid for parking, only to show up hours prior to the laser light show & fireworks finding all exits closed and park closed due to capacity. Called the next day only to be told prepaying for passes & parking don’t guarantee you admittance or parking.

Kind of upset with Stone Mountain today! Partly our fault when we purchased our memberships (4) when we were told quest passes we didn’t ask for the full detail our fault, but the fact I watched five employees walk by a screaming mother calling for her child is sickening 🤷🏻‍♀️ yes today was incredibly busy but the fact this woman was crying screaming her sons name and no one stoped asked or anything! She wasn’t thinking straight obviously panicking and these employees walked by! Do better especially on busy day!

We came for the 4th of July celebration, and the parking is a nightmare. We’ve been sitting here for an hour trying to get out of a parking lot. There should be staff or police directing traffic because people clearly have no common sense or common courtesy. The laser show was mediocre, fireworks were awesome, but we will never be back.

We went mainly to see the mountain carving. Have always wanted to see it and it did not disappoint! $20 to park seemed steep to me!
