Stone Mountain has become a hot spot for the film industry at the sacrifice of visitors. Big equipment vehicles, traffic stopped at times and certain areas closed multiple times affect visitors experience. Often long waits at entrance gates because only one is open and traffic backed up 20+ vehicles. Pedestrians walk in streets instead of nice paved walkways??? Take the 7 mile hike on Cherokee trail that goes around the mountain.

Been several times, stayed at Stone Mountain Inn. Great weekend trip for the family.
Need to train your staff....specifically the person at the train station. who was super rude to all people walking up to check train times. Customer Service needs to be improved.
