poooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooor customer service

This is a place for innocent family fun. Not a dull moment. My girls loved it!
Everything was Ok the only thing I can really see was employees need to be more friendly with customers, we asked one of the guys at the entrance to take our picture and he said he couldn't use any cell phones I asked why and his response was I just can't in a very smart way don't mind paying for fun but I think your guess should be your first priority.
I run the trails and the mountain. The commercial side of Big Rock I stay away from. Always nice to see riders on the train.
