This is a review of Snow Mountain. We had lots of fun and the family tube ride and individual tubing was well staffed and maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Beautifully all lit up for Christmas. However, I was disappointed that the campfire Grill/ restaurant wasn't open for business. And it was very disappointing for Snow Mountain not to have snow going down the "Mountain."

Your customer service is AWFUL. Absolutely awful. We pre paid for the Christmas adventure but your employees are forcing us to wait in line behind everyone who has not purchased tickets. What was the point of pre paying? No one here has answers and where is guest services? Oh yea....behind the the entrance WHERE WE CAN'T GET. I will not be back BUT I will share my experience with everyone I know.
