We have 3 children, ages 2, 6 & 8. They were all able to enjoy the snow area. While my youngest wasn't able to go on the "large" tube slides; there was a mini tubing area for the little ones in the snow zone. We visited during winter break (right after Christmas). There was show after show to enjoy. We were able to enjoy photo op's and meet and greet's following the shows as well. There had to have been at least 6-7 kid-friendly shows. The food service areas need improvement. Lines were long, and staff seemed overwhelmed. Ov... read more

Fun place. You can bring food or pop into the park. Almost every thing is included in the admission price. Food is expensive. It is worth going to. Just make sure it is not cloudy or foggy. Enjoy!

Way overpriced for what you get, I will start with things that needed to be fixed. The bathrooms near the train area are in need of an good update/cleaning, the Marketplace area needed to be cleaned and more organized. The staff needs to be trained better no one seemed very helpful or friendly. The only staff that were nice were the ones working the skylift they were awesome. The putt putt golf area was so packed you had to stand and wait forever to get your turn, my suggestion would be to limit the amount of people that go ... read more

The most disgusting food court lights were beautiful but they for sure need to upgrad employment and what kind of put putt runs out of clubs but yet only has employees playing on it. Lines were too long for children didn't get to do most of the stuff because of lines. Food court was awful and service was horrible. Not to mention the second mortgage I had to get on the pizza I ordered. I stole 2 small drinks cause my kids were thirsty and I had to clean off the table we sat at.after many years of just lazer shows and climbing... read more
