We closed exactly 2 years and 1 month ago and sadly we had an electrical issue in one of our bedrooms!! Panicking and stressing for my family safety and not knowing what to do or think!!! I called 2-10 warranty and submitted a request for an electrician to come out. I’ve built several homes and this was by far the best experience I've had. Everyone is extremely professional and responsive. We were kept up-to-date during all phases of construction. Our questions were answered and issues were resolved quickly. Also, we LOVE our floorplan (Dogwood II). I highly recommend Stone Martin

Just purchased spec home in Convenrty Wetumpka AL. It's half million dollar mistake. It's 50 thousand dollar home. The paint, fire place you can't use. The whole house is junk!!!!!! Find another builder or purchase fixer upper. Please don't purchase home from them. I should have followed my gut instinct about the home but my husband was determined to get the home.

We were looking into homes being built off Vaughn Road going east close to the 108 highway that connects to the 85 Freeway. A few months back there was a massive clearing of trees in that area. The development there is called the Abbington and they are planning to build homes Phase One later or earlier next year. The builder for this new development is Stone Martin. Promise to fix a mosquito invested swamp and have done nothing. We closed on our house in March, and we live next to a swamp that is filled with mosquitos, frogs, snakes, and God knows what else. We were told either that it was federally protected or that Stone Martin would take care of it. Pray to God none of the neighbors' kids get bitten by a snake or mosquito and contract malaria or lime disease.

Stone Martin should stop building house and start fixing the one that is already built we move to our house last May and the finishing was terrible, I want the the head of SMB to come and see our house, the concrete looks like it was there for 20 years ago hell we're here almost a year....

Please consider the quality you are looking for before building with Stone Martin. They are the bargin basement of builders. Everything they do or put into your new home will be low end. Unfortunately you will pay a premium for this low quality. This is the first home we have built so we believed the hype about Stone Martin. Best piece of advice I can give is choose another builder.
