I went in with wisdom tooth pain hoping that they could remove it. After taking an X-ray they realized it was more for an oral surgeon to remove so they put me in touch with an oral surgeon that was able to squeeze me in that day. They worked very hard to find a good solution for me and even took into account my fear of dentists. I will definitely be working with them for my dental needs in the future.
Starting my week on Monday with a broken tooth was not in my plans. But when I called in to make an appointment I was unsure when I might actually get in, to Ames best ALL TEETH pros. The friendly staff at Overman Family Dentistry took my call and while on the phone, they said they actually had a cancelation in about 2 hours. From the first minute to the last it was obvious that the staff was comitted, professional, and caring. Good work!
Very satisfied; no pain; no bleeding; proceeded with normal activity the remainder of the day following the instructions to eat soft foods and kept my head above my heart. Appreciated the conversations at the office and Dr. Overman's check-up call.

I am honestly blown away. Every single person I saw in the office greeted me with a smile (and white smiles, at that!) and welcomed me with open arms. I have never been so relaxed and comfortable at the dentists before. From the welcome tour, the consultation with the doctor, to the detailed review of each step of the process, I felt like a person and not a patient. I cannot wait for the next 6 months to go by so I can come back and see y'all! I am so blessed, and so excited to be part of the Overman Family :)
