Over 90 minutes for a scheduled oil change is not service, but rather a disservice. It means you give no value to my time. Still sitting here waiting.
I am only speaking about the service department. why make an appointment if people show up early and jump ahead of you? It is only a 5000 mile checkup and you tell me almost 2 hours.STOP OVER BOOKING. Treat your customers fair or hire more service techs. Awful.
We didn’t buy there. It resembled a bus terminal, not a car dealership.
